Samsung Galaxy S3 mini
The Samsung Galaxy S3 mini is a compact version of the flagship smartphone. Not everyone needs or wants the most powerful smartphone and some people just prefer a somewhat smaller 4 inch device.
The Galaxy S3 mini has a 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, a WVGA AMOLED screen and android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
And .. NFC chip of course, p2p sharing with nfc and wifi if you find another S Beam-enabled device.
“The battery contains a built-in NFC antenna. Handle the battery carefully to avoid damaging the NFC antenna.”
“If the screen is locked, your device will not read NFC tags or receive data.” (manual)

Available in many countries.
NFC chip is optional!! Some reviewers write “No NFC” ? Our info here is always based on first-hand source, nowhere the word “optional” in Samsung’s info. Packaging, battery and settings are places to look for the word NFC.
Update jan.’13;
The NFC enabled Galaxy S 3 Mini will be available to buy in the UK across all major networks, physical stores and online retailers from the end of January. (source; Samsung press release)
At Finnish retailer Gigantti, the NFC version costs 349 euros. The non-nfc costs 299 euros. 50 euros (~67 Dollar) extra!
