About the HTC Amaze 4G we didn’t encounter much news so far. But here he is.
The HTC Amaze 4G and Galaxy S II will be the first T-Mobile smartphones to run on the carrier’s latest 4G network, HSPA+42, which has a theoretical top download speed of 42Mbps. T-Mobile said average downloads on the network approach 8Mbps.

The HTC Amaze 4G has a Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 chip, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor. The Amaze runs Android 2.3.4, also known as Gingerbread. A 4,3 inch touchscreen, and NFC capabilities for wireless searching, information sharing and, in the future, mobile payments.
The HTC Amaze 4G will be a T-Mobile exclusive. Pre-sale online orders will begin Oct. 10. The HTC Amaze 4G is expected to be in T-Mobile stores and on other retailers’ shelves on Oct. 12.

The HTC Amaze 4G is equipped with an 8-megapixel camera and 1080p HD video recorder, a backside illuminated sensor for improved low light performance, zero shutter lag and a dual LED flash.

update March 15; The HTC blog said it will upgrade the first HTC handsets to android 4 ICS in the next weeks. Later the upgrade will also be available for the Amaze.
